We have purchased one of the first plots on this development and moved in back in April 2022 and we couldn’t be more delighted.Niall has been great from initial reservation through to completion and handover.The buildings are to a high standard and couldn’t fault the site team.Highly recommend Barratt Homes over most builders we have experienced.

Good airport with easy access straight from the Motorways or a direct train. Parking bays could be a little bigger as the cars are wider nowadays, other than that all good.

No parking. Badly built houses with hollow walls. hope you like listening to your neighbours conversations all night.the place will be a slum within 25 years and will be knocked down within a 100 years.These are the houses where companies like persimmon were handing out 100 million-pound bonuses to one person in one year, off of the backs of help to Buy and 35% ownership. And with companies like BPHA? Good luck! you'll need it!!

Barratt Homes - Dunstall Park
I was impressed by the service, and the open and honest advice, at the sales centre here today. The development is progressing well and there are some canal facing plots available at the time of writing. Appointments are required to view the show homes, however, if you visit during open hours and it looks a bit closed, ring the bell and wait, there may well be someone around to talk to you, but it may take a moment or two for them to get to you!
