With views over lily-covered lakes, endless rows of vines and green pastures to towering Mt Arthur, the vineyard is simply stunning.
Our preferred caterers – Bill and Caroline Dowling from Tasmanian Gourmet Kitchen and Richard Matson from Matsons Catering – will develop a menu to suit your tastes and budget.
However, we do have one rule - no alternate drop or buffets! It’s all about Gourmet BBQs, beautiful Grazing Feasts, Set Menus and Six-Course Degustations…
Select your canapes from an extensive list including Wild mushroom tartlets drizzled with truffle oil, Miniature Yorkshire puddings topped with rare roast fillet and mustard hollandaise, Spicy tom yum with fresh coriander, Roasted potato topped with smoked wallaby and pepperberry jelly and Peking duck pancakes – aromatic crispy duck with cucumber, spring onion and hoisin sauce.
Then enjoy a grazing feast of Atlantic salmon served with a rocket and goats cheese salad and topped with Bill’s Beetroot Marmalade, Moisture infused slow cooked loin of pork served with a bean cassoulet and crackle, Barbequed quail with Moroccan spice rub served on a char grilled courgette and butternut salad with fresh pomegranate seed dressing and Lamb backstrap served with roasted fennel and Israeli cous cous with pesto.
All beautifully prepared and presented…and matched to our premium wines!
Choose between our casual cellardoor dining options for up to 50 people, our spectacular garden marquee with stunning views over the vines for up to 140 people or our new lakeside marquee site that can seat up to 360 people.
Our caterers prefer a minimum of 20 people for a group booking.
Sarah brings years of local, national and international event experience to develop a comprehensive running sheet to ensure your day is organised stress-free just as wish – regardless of where you are located!
And in terms of weddings, our all-in-one wedding venue is perfect for those seeking everything special for their wedding day…
Imagine stepping from your car into stunning landscaped grounds, wandering through a rose-covered walkway to a 100-year-old church to say “I do” before progressing to the designated drinks lawn and marquee for your Tasmanian feast.
Long lunches on white linen in the vines, cocktails and canapés around the funky cellardoor, sit-down degustation in the marquee or picnics on the lawn – we are ready to make your vision a reality!
