Pets at Home Enniskillen

Friendly and helpful staff.. Pity I can't get their App to work

I was in with Haley last week for a very small. No pull harness Haley was great got me sorted had great time for us and was really interested in my dog whom I had with me so thank you Haley pets at home Enniskillen.

Good shop. Great staff. Some overpriced. Nlbut on the whole good especially with the grooming salon

I went in today to get normal supplies. There were two very pleasant and helpful girls. Very good customer service. Can’t remember there names. Appeared to be knowledgeable about products.

I went in with my new puppy 8 weeks old , a lovely polite young lady helped my pick strap's and toy's for my little . Very nice young girl , she did all she could to help . Thank you

Really happy with my experience here. I have upgraded my rating because the service I have received in my last 2 visits have been great. Staff knew their stock, offered suggestions, helped me find stuff. I also used the grooming service for the first time and Yvonne was great with my 16yr old dog. He looked so cute after his needed severe haircut!

I originally posted my review at the time of my visit but for some reason not all my reviews were visible on maps, as the issues with my account have been resolved I am reposting the missing reviews.Pets at Home - Enniskillen - Tuesday 29th November 2022 - 13:59Entrance is on street level and doors are automatic.We were looking for some sort of steps to aid the cat to get on the bed/ sofa as he’s getting a bit old. The only thing they had was a ramp that you would use for a dog to get in the car.Although we didn’t get what we wanted the lady that assisted us was helpful and the service was what you expect at a Pets at Home store.
