Just bought a used Kia through Todds of Campsie. Exceptional service, Timothy and colleagues were super helpful before and after sale. Car is fabulous and just as it was described to us before we went to view. Will certainly be our first port of call next time we need a new car, even though we live at the other end of the island!

Beautiful, spacious, bright & clean showroom. Lovely friendly staff and very welcoming from the minute you set foot in the door.I would like to thank Timothy though in particular who really went above and beyond for me In helping me choose the perfect car.Very attentive in keeping me well informed on updates about the car such as when it was arriving or what the delays were etc. I would really like to appreciate him for his help in doing that as I felt at ease knowing these.When my new car arrived I was shown how everything works in the car which was really helpful and kind of him to do that for me which I am so thankful for. He is An all round genuine lovely person and a credit to your sales team.I will definitely return to Todd’s in the future.Thank you.

I viewed and purchased the car on line with the help of pictures and a video of the car which were 100% accurate. Great car, great price and great service. Will definitely use again .

I bought a 2017 Kia Venga with 60,000 miles. Almost straight away I discovered the car had several major faults. As soon as I made Todds aware of this they moved quickly to sort things out. They meet me half way between home and their garage with a courtesy car. They didn't quibble at all about any of the issues, rather they went the extra mile to make sure everything was put right. This was really good service. I am thankful to Timothy in sales and Adam in the service department for their help.

Recently purchased my AudiA3 from Todd’s of Campsie. The professional and friendly service from both Jonathan and Timothy was second to none. I would highly recommend these 2 gentlemen at the drop of a hat.

I have purchased cars here and always had my service here, I recently bought a car and had it serviced at Todd’s , car hand brake was fine when it went in for a serviceThen Todd’s had adjusted my handbrake.Then took the car home and there was a horrendous noise coming from the hand brake and back brakes, I called Todd’s they said they had over tightened the hand brake!!So took it back for the 2 nd time and it was still the same , so they said to book it in again for the 3rd time, so they said that should be sorted now.Guess what it’s worse than ever, so called again and Todd’s said they can order a part at my cost , which I declined!!So I’m going to take legal advice, I will keep you updated!!So that’s me done with Todd’s , I’ll take my car and get it serviced in colraine , and I am also in the process of contacting Kia direct to explain my situation.Just a warning if you’re thinking of going here for a service !As you know in this current climateCustomers are hard to getBut easy to lose!!As you can see by the reply below,first of all I know I bought the car elsewhere, but Todd’s serviced it and the your mechanic sat in my car and said we should not of over adjusted the hand brake and there is definitely our fault I!!I have spent a total of 6hours 30 mins waiting for the car to be sorted!!Be serious , give me an honest answerDo you normally ask your customers to do a test drive after a service?If so please put the advice on this review so everyone can see !Does it say you must do a test drive on the invoice after a service!I believe you have left my car in a dangerousSituation , with the brakesThe service had no mention of this no advisory,People get their car serviced for peace of mind , so on your reply I feel you are calling me a liar !As you can see by their reply , if you don’t by a car off us , if don’t give a monkey !So guys be warned !!Try some where elseIf you need anymore advice of the service I got don’t hesitate to contact me.Sorry for the late update, I had my car serviced again at a different Kia dealer , and they sorted the problem out in 30 minutes, and they said should of not been missed by Todd’s of campsie ! After 4 visits to Todd’s of campsie they could not find the fault they created in the first place!I have my car serviced for peace of mind as I like things done properly .We have purchased 3 Kia cars in my family and will definitely none of them will be going back to Todd’s for sure!!
