Isle Of Benbecula House Hotel

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff that really went out of their way to help make our trip a really enjoyable experience. Can't thank the staff there enough for everything they did for us and especially getting up early to make us a full breakfast buffet every morning and working late to feed us at night as well. A Big thank you to all the staff there from the Allan clan.

Miserable, unwelcoming. Cycled in the rain, following the Hebridean Food and Drink trial. First hostelry in miles. Noticed a single person having breakfast. Stopped, looking forward to breakfast or at least a hot drink. No! “We only serve residents!” So much for the welcome of the Food and Drink tour. Avoid!

Having cycled 65km in the rain and completely soaked thru and shivering I stopped to revive. I had a great welcome and warm tea. They dried my soaked clothes and got back on my way feeing like human being again. Warm hospitality and the nicest people. Thank you very much.

Very nice hotel.Food lovely and plenty of it.Comfortable bed.Friendly help for staff.Look forward in visiting / staying again in near future.Only fault I can say / find it takes a while for hot water to run hot but does come a venturly

We were on a coach tour we had a wonderful room with excellent views (no3) the food and service was excellent and all the staff especially Sandra were amazing and very welcoming and exceptionally hard working

I’ve visited and stayed at this beautiful, hearty and homey hotel with a bus tour group (Caledonian Travel) for four nights with my granny which all of this was my early birthday present from her this year which it’s was the absolute best present I ever had even though I’ve wanted to do a coach holiday to the Outer Hebrides for two years since the pandemic until this year where my wish had come true.Our room was beautiful and we got the best views from the front and the side. The room was spotless and also our room was massive even though the ensuite bathroom was very roomy. Even some Tea, Coffee and biscuits were delivered to our room doorstep daily which was great. The free hotel wifi was excellent, comfortable and cosy beds and lots of storage especially the wardrobe for our clothes and shoes. We had a great night's sleep and great hot baths every night after going on our great adventures in The Outer Hebrides during our stay.From day one to the day we were leaving, The staff, especially Sandra had been outstanding with a huge passion for running such a lovely hotel like The Isle Of Benbecula House.Brilliant Customer Service all-round from start to finish with the first-class treatment of smiles, delicious food, lovely rooms, joys, love and care.A Big Thank You To Heidi, Sandra and Her Fabulous Team For All Of Their Hard Work To Make My Dream Outer Hebrides Coach Holiday Really Special. I’ll return to this wonderful hotel someday in the future.

Super friendly staff 5+ stars! Room was huge, felt like we were in a presidential suite. Hotel is a bit older but still nice. Breakfast was very nice and dinner was good too.My wife has bad allergy issues and sensitivity to piercings and scents and the hotel definitely is a bit fragranced. Even so it was a lovely stay and if that isn't an issue for you this is the place to stay!

You can’t beat this hotel in terms of location, friendliness of staff and the quality of food available. Sandra, the front of house manager with her team delivered an absolute first class experience for all of us.
