I couldn't recommend DD’s flowers enough. My wedding flowers were absolutely gorgeous and turned out exactly how I imagined. I wanted artificial flowers for the chapel and they were stunning and looked just like the real thing. Wedding planning can be stressful but having someone professional and experienced like Dervila definitely makes things so much easier.

What a nightmare! As a bride the last thing you need is the stress of someone moving the goal posts a week before your wedding and also not getting what you asked for. Deposit was paid and a week before the wedding we were told that we had to pay an extra 70 pounds because we hadn’t paid the balance in time. Hadn’t been told we needed to pay the balance before receipt of the flowers on the wedding day. I asked for roses and baby’s breath in my bouquet and I received roses but with these red long flowers in between the roses that looked like insect antennae sticking out between the roses. Luckily we were able to cut these out quite easily using a pair of scissors. Also the ribbon used was red and the colour theme was plum. So disappointed! Definitely would not use DD’s Flowers again for any occasion!

i ordered and payed for a delivery of a £50 bouquet of flowers to be delivered locally for My sister birthday ,checking my bank account 5 days latter i had been charged 2 x £50 ,£100 in total, I phoned the shop and the owner was out but another lady said she will be back within the hour and to phone back this i did , owner still was not back, I was assured the flowers had been sent that day and to leave a phone number and she will get the owner to call when she is back, yes no phone call for two days, I sent a text explaining not only had they taken double the money BUT never delivered any flowers, four days latter i was back on the phone and the owner said i was just going to phone ,i explained again £100 taken and no flowers,the bank was blamed for the error in payments and the flowers where being delivered today.I apologized to my sister and said flowers are on there way.£50 refund within 1 hour it took 2 days .flowers where not delivered untill the following day after the above conversation.
