Binion Bay Caravan & Camping Facility

A great small camp site that is in a wonderful, quiet location. The site is a great base for exploring some of the most beautiful locations in north Donegal.The owner runs a very well-maintained and well-organised camp site and is frequently on hand to offer advice on local places of interest and local history. My young son caught his first fish thanks to the advice of the owner and he was proud to bring it back to have it for dinner.A good camp site for families- clean, safe and well-run.Facilities for campers are excellent with a toilet and washroom close by and showers a little further away. There is an outdoor catering grade large stainless steel double sink and preparation area for washing dishes- the most impressive I have ever seen on a camp site.There is a lovely beach close by which can be accessed by a short drive/ walk and there is always the sound of the sea at night.Clonmanny village is a short distance away and has a good selection of bars and places to eat. We found the people in this area to be exceptionally friendly and helpful.Throughly recommended and we shall certainly be returning soon.

Great little quiet site, the owner was very helpful letting us pitch our large bell tent, made for a great first camping experience for our 3 year old! Lovely quiet beach just around the corner and decent places to eat in Carndonagh. Will definitely be back in the seasons to come

Campsite website explanation and photos, take them all with a lunch of salt. You can't see the sea. We were on grass pitch which was totally water logged. And was clearly dog poop mile as all the static vans etc walked their dogs up to their to take a dump! We had kids with us, not pleasant having to poke and wash out of their trainers. No soap in the toilets. Hot water was just about lukewarm in the camping kitchen". The new renovated toilets are lovely

Couldn't rate this campsite any higher! We've stayed about 4 times now. Owner more than helpful and facilities are great! An additional single toilet has been added to the camping side which is really handy! Showers and toilet in main block are absolutely spotless! Brilliant base to travel around Inishowen! Clonmany has to have the friendliest people!

Very nice place, nice view, all the facilities are modern, the showers are very clean, the owner is helpful. It's a pity that there's no direct access to the beach!

A lovely quiet campsite within a walking (or short driving) distance from the town and beautiful Tullagh Strand. Perfect base for exploring the amazing Inishowen Peninsula. Toilets and shower facilities always spotless, friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful spot!

Just back from our second visit to Binion Bay campsite. Definitely the place to go if you want to get away from it all! Mountains and fields surround you with the sound of sheep, cattle and birds. Just about a mile from Clonmany. Lovely peaceful spot. Highly recommended!

Great site. Views of the mountains are extraordinary. 10 minute walk to an Atlantic beach. Toilet and shower facilities are very good. Had a good stay. Will be back sometime

I travelled by bike solo and camped for one night. A small site but good value and recently built toilets and shower block. Happy to pay an extra €2 for a warm modern clean shower.
