Horrible rude front of staff. Was told there would be no issue becoming a patient here over the phone, and to come to the practice to fill out the form, when I arrived they had every excuse under the sun and were just plain mean.

Office staff were utterly vile; 'we have to look after our own first' was what I was told verbatim when I attempted to register some weeks ago. They went above and beyond to ensure I couldn't register with a mountain of excuses, including giving me the incorrect form to fill in, and refusing to even look at me when I tried to point this out.

Found it disturbing that someone with a mental health condition was 3 minutes late for an appointment. Phoned on their way to say they would be late, to be handed a piece of paper and told to go elsewhere.
