My 3 year old grandson was holding his mother's hand and was trying to pull away banged into a stove the stove didn't fall but the male owner roared at my 3 year old grandson from the back of the shop and terrified the child. Children will be Children. I think this guy must've raise his own children in straight jackets or he acted like a sergeant and bullied his own children wat kind of man works in a shop like this and goes on like a bully. Please watch ur children when going into this shop. Beware of the pit bull

Dissapointed. I was mislead and then refused my money back.I was told what I buying was the correct model off the website, it wasn't. I discovered this before I left the shop and was then informed there were no refunds despite telling me wrong information.I was given no warning I couldn't be given a refund, only sale items can't be returned. However everything is on sale.So I asked to swap it for the item on the website and they don't have it. They also have no idea when they will.REPLY:Thank for the reply. What you said is indeed correct. However you omitted when picking out the item I showed her the exact page on your website of the SUP rack and asked if it was the same, which she assured me it was and would be suitable.Then when I went to look around I realised it was not suitable. So I returned to ask for the correct one and was informed that wasn't possible and the money couldn't be returned. I also pointed out that it would have been been nice to know prior to the purchase that there were no refunds, to which it was said it would be ridiculous" to tell people that and became visible agitated.I know the law and you of course have not done anything illegal. However I hope you can appreciate I went into the store looking for a board rack

Having visited wet and wild a number of times I have always found them extremely helpful and very knowledgeable the staff are friendly and the store has a great choice of quality products I would highly recommend this store.

Wasn't happy with service.. . In reply to your response you have a totally different customer as I was not looking for bootees. The response you have made just confirms how bad your service is. Make sure when you are replying to a review you get the facts and the customer correct. Awful reaction altogether. This just confirms that I wasn't the only one unhappy with your service. Your attitude to people and what you think their budget is is an absolute disgrace.

Wet and wild More like wet and wild disapointed 3rd wet suit we had bought off of them and we wont be back had the seam come away on my top of the line wet suit brought it back as it had only been worn 7 times so we saw it as unfit for purpose. My elderly grandmother brought my wetsuit to the shop and the owner could not take the critiscism of having sold a bad wetsuit and after my granny asked for either a replacement or refund he said he was going to call the guards if she did not get out and after all that he repaired it and did an awful job. Very dissapointed

Couldn’t find walking boots for my Son. Store manager refuse to sell it to me. He insinuated I couldn’t afore lt. really bad experience!

Came in yesterday to look for a wet suit for my daughter and we received the highest care possible. We genuinely couldn’t believe the knowledge and understanding of Emma who helped us pick a suit. You made the shopping trip great and extremely easy. Your understanding of what the suit was needed for and how you explained each detail is amazing we can thank you enough. We will absolutely be back with the other children and I’ve already told others of just how impressed we were. Thank you Emma
