Rude staff avoid. First 2 minutes inside the city and greeted by rude staff who were very abrupt and seemed to not enjoy their own job. Expected us to know where to order etc without any signs.

Had a lovely lunch here today, me and my boyfriend got pancakes and eggs benedict which were both delicious. Very friendly staff, particularly the blonde lady from Letterkenny!!

Have never felt so unwelcome in an establishment in my life! Certainly has all the traits of a 'locals only cafe' (yes I am a local Derry girl) but you need to be on first name terms with the staff to be served. Staff finally took my order after serving 2 people behind me in the queue and when I finally got my order 10 minutes later it was not worth the wait! Really disappointing! Take your money elsewhere ☹️

Very disappointing!Me and my girlfriend we make an order for two omelette ,they put the eggs with vegetables in a bowl and cook in the microwave,horrible taste,hard texture,not recommended spending 14£ for nothing after thats egss you can get sick vegetables was not cooked i just no comments i expected some better
