Creative UPVC removed and replaced 4 large bay windows for me. I was nervous as they were a huge feature on our house so making them perfect was crucial. I am so happy I used Creative, they were amazing. The guys were meticulous and finished the windows of to a perfect standard, and the whole time the were here they were polite and tidy. Even our neighbours commented on how polite you guys were and they enjoyed watching you work. The windows look great, the house has been transformed back to life. I smile every time I pull up on the driveway! Great jobs guys and thank you so much!!

Having been recommended Bespoke Guttering by a family member I didn't hesitate to call Will for a quote. He provide a quick quote over email and just 1 telephone call later said he'd fit me in within the next 2 weeks to install which was great news.Then the problems started.Will called me at 7:30 on the morning of the work due to start to say that as my house had a bus lane outside he would be unable to do the job. I explained that it was fine as the bus lane was only active between 4pm and 7pm so he would have 8+ hours to complete the work. He mentioned that he's not covered to work in bus lanes and I again explained that the bus lane is inactive until 4pm and outside of 4pm to 7pm its a normal lane which car park in along the street. He them suggested it was my fault for not informing him that there was a bus lane outside my house. I asked if he's looked up my address or if he'd asked me that question to which he didn't reply and hung up. I tried calling him back several times and sent several more messages offering him other options to complete the work and that by letting me down 2 days before the scaffolding was coming down was really putting me in a difficult situation. He didn't reply to a single message or call.So if you use Bespoke Guttering make sure you give Will lots of information you don't know he needs or wants (being a mind reader may help I guess??) and be prepared to be let down at the last minute when you have no other options or time to find other options,I understand that if he does turn up to your job and actually decides he wants to do a days work that day then he does have the capacity to do a good job. I'll let you decide if you fancy taking a gamble or just use a more reliable company.

We’ve just had Creative windows fit our windows and doors,.The service was very professional from start to finish. The fitters where top of there game and very neat & tidy. 100% recommend!

Unfortunately I phoned Advanced Guttering twice about my blocked guttering. They failed to a pick up twice. Their voicemail message was a standard one i.e. no professional/customer friendly message. I left my message for them to return my call and I am still waiting. When will small businesses realise customer service is as important as the job completed.

Dream by name , dream job from start to finish. Had my 3 door bifold doors with integral blinds fitted 2 days ago and I love them so much keep inviting friends and family round to show them off. Karen in the office was patient and really helpful. The job kept to time, came in kit form ,was built on site transforming my conservatory. Luke and Jake the installers were great they were timely, tidy and helpfully talked me through the operation of the doors and blinds.Came down yesterday to a hazy sunshine" filled room despite the wet grey miserable weather outside. Now considering changing my use of the space thanks to the new dimension the doors and blinds bring to it.Totally recommend the product and the company Thank you Angela"
