Imran is fantastic as the manager of Swans and a totally lovely guy. All our laundry and dry cleaning for over 15 years has gone to Imran. Alterations too. He knows not only every customer's name but the their items too. He gives a personal bespoke service. We can't walk past the shop without popping in to say hello. He is always so friendly and kind to my children.

20 plus years after buying a bed! I telephoned to see if they had a spare part for a broken piece. This was hand delivered in the evening to my home- No charge for the part of the delivery! This is kindness & service above and beyond. Thank you!

Bought a lovely sofa bed .The gentleman called Gareth was very helpful,he demonstrated how to put the sofa into a bed.It looked easy ,he let me try and it was very easy.The Haze sofa bed is very comfortable to sit on as a sofa,I laid on it as a bed and found it very comfortable also.It's being delivered next Monday ,its going to look nice in my room giving more space and extra seating thankyou again Gareth for being so helpful .

I was transferred to Rob at Simply Waterbeds when Dreamers of Coleshill stopped trading. For the past 3 years I have only spoken to him once a year to get an annual conditioner. This morning I woke to a leak from the mattress & telephoned Rob in a panic. Rob told me not to worry & he would be out in the afternoon. He has just left repairing my bed & doing a total overhaul. What a super guy he has shown me how to remove the air properly & given me a few tips on maintenance. He could not have been more pleasant & helpful. Rob it was great to meet you thank you so much.

UPDATE:I am upgrading this review and rating now. I was contacted by Customer Service Manager and they've offered to take back sofa and a full refund, or replace them completely with new ones.OLD=========================Just purchased two very expensive sofa's and the place is a rip off. First, you will notice there is no real customer service. Try getting hold of a staff on the phone in their London office (the one I tried anyway) and it is impossible.And they will tell you sale is on only for the next few days. There is almost a permanent sale. You will find you were duped into placing an order as sale was about to end soon.."If you do get through then good luck. Eventually when you do to customer service and have issues you are in for a long ride. You won't get much of a prompt response from them and only excuses.Then when you get delivery

Shocking customer service, I really can't put into words how bad this company is a complete embarrassment and I strongly advise people to think twice before using.We was promised a refund on fitting which we have never received.

Great service and price from this place,jean went heaven and earth to find me the ideal mattress for the budget I was willing to pay.This lady deserves a raise,no hard sell like some places and didn't try to sell me anything out of budget.The mattress is very comfortable and so are the pillows I bought too.Thanks again.Kind regardsJohn

Amazing help from Hanan. She taught me so much about bedding which was so helpful as a first time mattress buyer. I walked away with an incredible deal on the same day not expecting to even purchase a mattress. We used a machine to find my best fit and it was great . Trying the bed was really comfortable and I’m happy with my purchase.
