My child went here and I can’t recommend it enough! The staff are amazing, my child learnt so much by being here, definitely an outstanding nursery. My child built up some amazing relationships with the staff, and what is nice is that there doesn’t seem to be a high turnover of staff that you seem to get at other nurseries. They were always trying to improve and actually listened to parents feedback and made changes. Probably the best nursery in Stourbridge and Hagley area!

From the most sincere and caring staff to incredible grounds and setting, it is clear to see why our little boy loves being at nursery. The nursery manager, Grace and her team are simply inspiring. Nothing is too much for them, and they treat every child as an individual.We looked at a number of nurseries in the area and Little Big Nursery is clearly the Pacesetter.Exceptional nursery - five stars.

Discrimination against kids with additional needs absolutely discraceful!

Having grown up with countless childminders, I wanted to place my son into the care of someone who puts my child before business - Kerrie and her dedicated team provide just this! My son is thriving in a creative and intellectually stimulating environment where he feels part of a kind, caring and compassionate family. Sometimes as a working parent we can feel incredibly guilty when leaving our children with someone else but I am content with the knowledge that Kerrie and her team provide my son with incredible care and comfort.If you’re seeking an organised, education-focused environment conducive with learning and personal growth then Little Hedgehogs is your place!

Worst experience ever. My son attened for one term. We did not allow him to go back, as nursery staff failed to provide me with daily updates (something they pride themselves in doing).I had no idea what ny son was up to. I had no idea if he was having a good time (but the cries at drop off and pick up, indicated that he didn't).Daily, i asked how he was getting on, what he was up to etc, and for a whole term did not get a response. When i finally conplained via email, i received a response 3 weeks later. And even, my complaints and concerns were not addressed.

The worst company i've ever been with in all my years of working i've never come across such unprofessional discriminating people in my life.I applied the careline agency in august, had to fully pay for my dbs without telling me prior, i wasted my time signing up with them telling me they would give shifts only for them to turn around and say my nvq level 2 doesn't count even though it's certified on the gov website, after consistently ignoring my emails, telling me my number doesn't work" even though they managed to ring me multiple times prior to signing up with them i still had to continously chase them. No one has bothered to try and keep in contact and reach out

My daughter has been at KATC for just over a year now after her last Nursery closed down. It took me 9 months to find somewhere I trusted and was comfortable with again. My daughter LOVES it here, and I mean loves it, she non stop talks about her friends, the staff and how much of a great time she has there. She's come on leaps and bounds too. The staff are friendly and professional and constantly keep you updated. I'll be so sad when she starts school!

Great staff and facilities

Little Big Nursery have our daughter once a week.It's always hard to hand your child over to what are in essence, strangers - but here it's like passing her to extended family.Admittedly it's my wife that does 90% of the dropping off, but she has nothing but good things to say about the Team here.The girls always run out to meet her and my daughter in the morning and you can tell they genuinely appreciate our business.The nursery is within the grounds of a prestigious school, which is also great.They also use app that updatesyou throughout the day - toilet movements, meals eaten, activities taken part in and also pictures. I love reading the updates the girls put on, they always make me smile.Don't even research anywhere else.

This brilliant nursery has an exceptional setting within a nature reserve. Dedicated staff have made my child feel very welcome and full of joy. He loves going to nursery and all the activities.
