The staff are always polite and helpful here, i can't say i've had a problem.

Absolutely shocking service. 3 o'clock closing get real should be open till 6 o'clock. I work 12 hour shifts. I went today to put a cheque in place closed with 5 cashiers at the tills, sat there watching didn't offer any help or advice whatsoever. Trying to put cheque in deposit envelope in wind no fun especially when I have one arm. Then trying to put cash in envelope getting blown away I gave up so much for helping the disabled. Disgusting.

Came in on a weekday to cash a cheque and had a mixed experience. The staff were great with not too long of a wait. However a mask-less, homeless junkie forced his way to the front of the line of about 4 people. I didn't say anything for fear of being attacked by the clearly deranged individual but he was obviously making people uncomfortable.The highlight was that he couldn't withdraw the money he was after as it hadn't been deposited by his brother yet. A fact he was not shy about as he was speaking so loudly he practically announced it to the whole bank. Guess you'll just have to put up with the cold sweats and cravings a bit longer my putrid friend.Well done to the staff for handling the situation.

Very poor customer service. Waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged then a further 15 to speak to someone about opening a savings account

Very limited opening Days not times! Drove 20 miles return journey to have Account Mandate updated. Very helpful staff member assisted in completing the forms she produced. 2 months later Head Office wrote to say we had completed the WRONG forms.

Never open why bother having it.Only open when everyone's at work.Online app doesn't work.
