Good

Don't book unless you want your stay to be cancelled, had it booked for months and they cancelled with no reasoning, had to pay much extra elsewhere as most places were then booked out

Whilst I agree with other reviews in principle with it being good value there were quite a few niggly things that stood out. The major one being as we came back quite late, we couldn't actually unlock the main door onto our corridor! Quite alarming as there's no reception and so couldn't have got any help from staff. Luckily for us another hotel guest was coming from the same corridor and let us in.when we asked if he'd had problems with his key he then tried his keys and his too weren't able to unlock the door. The room itself: kettle had bad scale inside that even after a few rinses, there was black bits coming away....the shelf in the bathroom was tilted/had come away on one side completely....the blinds did not open and so remained closed even in the morning......there was a red blood stain on the duvet - small but visible none the less....the hairdryer's nozzle did not fit .....no decaff coffee offered on the complimentary tray.... the TV was not easy or straightforward to operate and lastly, even though it's quoted as free WiFi....there were no details as to password and so we struggled with WiFi too.

So disappointed

If you need to stay the night before flying, stay here. Exceeded all expectations, good sized rooms, big comfy bed, and amazing showers.And being able to control all the room features from your phone, to me was fantastic.Not forgetting the free hot drinks you can get, and the discounts offered by staying there, along with free fast track security.

Nice clean modern budget stay. We were very happy with the design and overall room as it was clean and cosy with good air conditioning. However 150 pound deposit for a night stay in the hotel is a joke and needs to be changed especially when they hold the deposit 10 working days after the stay! I had to ring on 4 different occasions to ask about the deposit return untill it was automatically given back by the bank. I was told someone would get back to me with a phone call but never did. Could be a 5 star but simply for the deposit issue I am disappointed and won't be coming back.

Interesting hotel, the rooms are more like pods" than traditional hotel rooms and most don't have a window. That being said they are very comfortable and cosy if your expectations are set from the beginning and given the location they are really good value. The hotel is located within the south terminal right next door to the fast track security so super convenient. No restaurant or bar part of the hotel but they have discounts with some of the airport outlets

Brand new budget hotel, modern contemporary design but not thought through. For instance the cable on the kettle does not reach the nearby plugs. Room was not ready at check-in which was disappointing and they take a £50 damage deposit which is a bit disappointing along with the data collection and ID that is required when checking in.

Pros: good location, in city centre, cheapCons: They tried to give us the wheelchair accessible room saying it's the last room available. When we argued, a room magically became available! Paper thin walls, when we asked for coffee and tea bags to be refilled in our room we were told we can get it from nearby Tesco! Later we asked from one of the staff who was cleaning an adjacent room and she gave us tea bags , shampoo and other toiletries. Also, no room cleaning throughout our stay.
