Having previously used other local garages, my wife's Fiat 500 engine seized recently, so we decided to find a new local Fiat specialist. Tuneduk has knocked it out of the park with their Supra fast road setup!Lowered on 20mm Eibach springs and dialed in to responed. Every turn is sharp and precise, gone is the bogging under braking and heavy squat under load. This has totally transformed the car and made it a real joy to drive!Can't recommend Richard enough, great service and adivice, very professional.

I recently broken down and RAC took me to this garage, cost me a fortune to get a new clutch and took 4 days longer than they told me it would. Having not being from the area we got 10 minutes away to collecting and got a call to be told it wouldn't be ready that day and had to go all the way home. When I did eventually collect it I had trouble getting into reverse leaving the car park so went and told them and the mechanic came out and said it was fine it's just cause its new and needs breaking in as such and then appeared to be working so a week later and it still really isn't right and not going into gear properly and kicking it out of gear. My nearest Mr clutch garage is 45 minutes away and I hope that when I call them tomorrow I can get it sorted although will be out of pocket again Having to to travel to get there.

AVOID I wouldn’t even give one star for the experience I have received at Carlisle jaguar, after 6 weeks having the car I have had nothing but problems with the car from the car going into limp mode twice but made out it’s my fault to how I drive the car, I have had many diesel cars in the past I have never had one problem with how I drive them or I would not have bought a diesel vehicle the car is not fit for purpose, they have done nothing to help the situation just blame, the after sales manager done nothing but tell me I needed to contact my finance company (once again putting the blame somewhere else) when I told them it was not fit for purpose. If I was to change the car I am going to be left in negative equity through no fault of my own, maybe you need to ask your customers what kind of driving they actually do if you can not drive your car how you would like to, if you would like a happy experience when buying a car and after sales please don’t use Carlisle jaguar.
