Chicken wings restaurant

This has to be the worst kfc I’ve ever been to! Ordered from then took 45 minutes to the not even recieve the whole order and the food to be coldI returned home without even realising so I called the up and the guy on the phone said he doesn’t care and I should just eat what I’m given ( I paid £40) I didn’t even get my monies worth shall not be returningGet some manners you lazy people!

I recently visited this KFC and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the service was the quickest I've experienced, and the restaurant was spotlessly clean, equipped with all the necessary facilities. Highly recommended!

Not only was our order very late but we saw them make mistakes on almost every order. Also close half the seating so nowhere to stand when waiting for order without getting in someones way. Difficult to get to the screens due to people waiting yet its wasnt particularly busy. A woman I could only assume was duty manager has no people skills. Shouting at staff and customers. Needs to learn some manners.

After paying almost £18 I kind of expect my gravy to be closed?? And my food atleast warm. Would recommend KFC at kings gate although it’s further, this wouldn’t happen.

Food was so delicious as always been a consistent customer for so many genuinely because of the amazing food and service

Ordered my food and got a lipton ice tea which was pretty much water but i got it with no ice… This has happened a few times to me personally the food is pretty good however the assembly of the burgers can be bad sometimes and the burger pretty much falls apart

The food is amazing! However, the atmosphere isn't that good anymore. There isn't a lot of seating and it isn't as private as it used to be. It feels like there is too much open space and that space could be used for more seating somehow otherwise the food is great.

Overall a good KFC, service was quick, food was great and up to the usual standard that you expect from a well run KFC franchise.Unfortunately it lost one star due to the fact that it was a little unclean, not dreadful wouldn't go again unclean, just a little TLC required on behalf of the staff.It lost two stars on the atmosphere, a little small and snug fit with regards to the seating layout.One thing I wasn't impressed with and this is not down to how the restaurant, was it attracted a very young crowd that just appeared to be lingering around even though they weren't eating, loud and rude to the staff. Very difficult for the manager/staff to deal with this as I am sure they do not want any confrontation with them, is it worth evolving the police.I felt quite sorry for the manager in particular, she was getting verbal abuse for no apparent reason that I could see.Don't get me wrong it was still a decent meal, just got to switch off from the young delinquent's.

I recently placed a delivery order with KFC, and unfortunately, The chicken I received in my delivery order was overcooked and had a noticeable burnt taste. It seemed as though the food had been left in the fryer for too long, resulting in a less-than-appetizing meal. What made matters worse was the noticeable and unpleasant taste of the bad cooking oil used. It left an unpleasant aftertaste that lingered long, making it difficult to enjoy the food. It's disappointing when a well-established chain like KFC doesn't maintain its signature taste and quality for delivery. The recent positive reviews made me order food from this place. But now i feel like these review are not genuine and was part of review boosting for this store.
