I was recommended CAYP after years of yoyo-ing in and out of services and support.My first contact was followed up promptly and I was fully informed of the process and payment structure. All contact was friendly, honest and professional. The space was clean and tidy/fit for purpose. I had direct contact with the professional working with us throughout. Face to face assessments, although challenging were conducted in a considered, understanding and as stress free way as possible. I felt like a thorough, collaborative and indepth assessment was done. The final diagnosis report was concluded in a timely manner. It is comprehensive and informative.I would certainly recommend CAYP Psychology Newcastl-Under-Lyme.One thing to note, if you book a taxi, it doesn't pin point on the maps and systems correctly so I chose morrisons as a pick up point which is just a short walk away.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! IF YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO GAIN CONTACT TO YOUR CHILD AND MR BOYLE IS APPOINTED PLEASE REFUSE TO ENGAGE AND SEEK SOMEBODY ELSE!! Jack Boyle is incompetent at best, his practice is incredibly dangerous and has the potential to ruin lives. His report to the court was full of lies (fully evidenced through recordings) and was clearly copy and pasted from previous reports he has submitted. He recommended in his report that I should not have contact with my son due to the lies he told, thankfully the Sheriff exposed the lies and I have my son back.

Luisa has made me feel so much better since I started seeing her. She never makes me feel silly or that things aren’t important. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve cried in sessions and I’ve come out feeling much better. After years of being fobbed off with CBT constantly, I’m so pleased I started seeing her and she has been an amazing support throughout what’s been a hard time in life. 100% recommend!
