Contrary to all the other comments, I was treated with the utmost respect. The guy who delt with me was proffesional and curtious, calling me sir and helping me find the correct docs for the paperwork and with a smile all the way through. He was also able to help me with other queries I had about parking rules in the area.I'm sure a lot of the negative comments about the attidude of the people working here is simply a reflection of their attitide towards the staff. No one wants to go to the car pound at the best of times, and these guys are just trying to do their jobs.

Very poor service and overall experience. Trying to get a lane resurfaced that is in dreadful condition and dangerous to pedestrians and vehicles. Nothing gets done and potholes are being reported constantly. They are ignoring the emails and not doing anything about it.The council have a statutory duty to repair roads and it seems they have ignored this. Very poor service.
