Day spa

My daughter and I had an amazing spa package here today. The place is beautiful, the therapists wonderful and the hot stone massage was the best massage I've had. This was all rounded off with a lovely cream tea overlooking the countryside and as it was a celebration, they gave us a glass of bucks fizz each. Thankyou ladies, can't recommend you highly enough we will definitely be back.

I have been here twice. The forst was for a Thai massage which was absolutely fantastic. Maybe the best massage I have ever had.The second time was for a pedicure. I drove far to get this as I was so impressed with my first visit.The actual pedicure was OK, varnish etc. The killer was that at the end (even though I brought flip flops) I was told that I needed to wait 45 minutes in reception for the polish to dry. Not to put flip flops on, or for the beautician to put them on then varnish, which is what usually happens. I was supposed to wait in the spa reception. This was along about 4 corridors and 2 flights of stairs. In bare feet when people have walked in outside shoes. It's not ok, I walked this way because I had no choice, but left (as soon as I got to reception) feeling like I had dirty feet and why did I bother. It's top end price, which would be ok if it wasn't for my exit experience.

This was my first visit here and I had an wonderful experience! Emilia made me feel very welcome and relaxed from the start. My massage was amazing - for the first time, after many massages, I came away with my shoulders feeling fully relaxed. I will definitely be visiting again!

Booked a massage and scrub for my daughters 18th birthday… the worst customer service we have EVER experienced. DO NOT COME HERE. The lady’s hands were so crusty I thought that the oil massage was the scrub. The room was freezing cold and to top it off the 1hr session was so rushed the lady finished everything in 40 minutes. We were both cheated of at least 10 minutes of our 1hr session. But I’m glad it was over quicker because what was supposed to be relaxing was actually making me feel sick.I mention customer service because even though we booked weeks in advance, when we turned up we were told a half of our appointments had to be canceled because of a shortage of staff. We have been told to book the other half of the treatments another day… even though we booked the treatments specifically for my daughters birthday. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

My friend and I had booked a spa day in June but due to a fire at Riverhills we rebooked. Due to there being no swimming pool or jacuzzi facilities, we were offered an upgrade.So our Journey into Serenity turned into a full body massage with facial which lasted 2 hours. We have been before but this was the best treatment yet. It was amazing, so relaxing and my friend and I were very impressed by our girls who did our treatments. It would've been nice to chill by the pool but really, I didn't miss that part as it was lovely in the conservatory.We had an afternoon tea as well and that was delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful. I hope we'll be able to come again next year.

I travelled to Rugby with my friends and had a chance to get massage here and it was a really great experience which made my friends wanna experience more Thai massage. The Thai lady there was really nice. Thank you for your kind welcome and good experience.

Went with my sister for a hammam and exfoliation and couldn't be happier!The price is good, the place also and the women (although we had some little communication problems at first) are nice!Definitely coming back when I return to Rotterdam!

I had a great deep tissue massage from Laura, I felt so much better after it. I can highly recommend.

No gym, just spa treatments and use of facilities. Staff were very welcoming and showed us where we needed to be. Spa treatments were great. Again, the therapist was very good. Had lunch and the prices are very reasonable. The pool is not the biggest, wasn't too busy when we visited. All in all, we were well looked after.

Had a lovely pedi with Shian over the weekend. I have ticklish feet and do not have pedis often, she managed very well. They were quick to fit me in. Very calm and relaxing interior. Would happily be back again.
