My children and I moved to smileone after my previous dentist completey stopped NHS treatment. The smileone dentist and staff are brilliant. It is easy to book appointments, there is excellent communication throughout and the dentist is great with my children. I had to wait a while on one occasion but that is to be expected in any form of healthcare. Thank you for continuing to stay NHS for the many that need it.

Exceptional dentist! During my last three appointments, I never had to wait. At the same time, Jay takes a lot of time for patients and his checkup was the most thorough one I have ever had. He really goes up and beyond and stays up-to-date with latest materials and research. Plus he is great to talk to, explains procedures well and makes visits to the dentist as comfortable and pleasant as they can be!

I have recently completed my ClearCorrect treatment at Moor Road Dentist under the guidance of Kate McNair. I was extremely happy with the service I received and am delighted with the results. I would recommend anyone thinking of straightening their teeth to go for a ClearCorrect consultation here, even if you’re not a patient of the practice.

So grateful to have an NHS dentist still at this great local surgery. My dentist, Billy, is thorough, gentle and caring and the whole team from hygenists to reception and dental assistants seem very professional and pleasant.

My experience at My Dentist Fareham had always been wonderful. Everyone is kind and helpful. Bianca and her assistant are amazing! I have had 2 crowns and a filling replaced, it went very well.

As a grown man I had a real fear of dentists - but at some point you have to go! First time using Bupa for a Hygienist and really really impressed. Easy to book online and brilliant welcome and administration from Helen and Nicki on the front desk.The Hygienist Nina and Ruby the dental nurse were first class! Really thorough and explained everything that they were doing. Teeth are now fabulous and it’s made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience! Fully recommend!

I wanted to get rid of all of my amalgam fillings and improve the appearance of my smile as I’ve hated it for so many years and never felt confident in photos.I found Creative Smiles and I just had a good vibe from the website so I booked a consultation.I had my first consultation with Mr Gilbert which went well and he referred me on to the lovely George.George has been an absolute dream of a dentist. I can’t speak highly enough of him, he’s so talented and really takes pride in his work. I wouldn’t say I’m an overly nervous patient but I definitely have my moments and he did nothing but reassure me.George explains absolutely everything he’s going to do, communicates everything so well and is happy to discuss any concerns.I had a lot of long appointments which I dreaded but they went by quickly with little to no discomfort. George is super patient and gentle which I really appreciated.The whole team at Creative Smiles are beyond friendly and professional. I am so happy that I found this Dental clinic. I would highly recommend this practise for the professional, and at the same time friendly way that each person is treated. The minute you walk through the door you are made to feel at home by Jane and you will not find a more caring and dedicated Dental Technician than Graham.
