My partner had terrible service when purchasing a house. They were very slow to do anything. Charged us over £20 for sending letter. Then when they sent us a letter they did not attach stamps so we had to pay on top. Staff were rude. Took 6 months to do paper work for a sale house. Would not recommend. I feel we pay to much and got very poor service.

Quick, explanation on questions asked, thorough if making a will. Completely covid aware. Lovely staff. Good parking area. Spotless.

Avoid at all costs especially Craig. A straightforward purchase no chain became a nightmare lasting 6 months and I nearly pulled out of the purchase due to the issues with this firm. Solicitor is very rude and unhelpful to agents and other solicitors, has limited conveyancing knowledge, made many mistakes, wrong price on contract no names etc etc. Solicitor will not take calls and is always busy, receptionists are unhelpful. The whole situation became stressful and very frustrating due to this firm. He should stick to sports law.

I feel shocked and dissapointed that Lindsays would not investigate when the ligitimasy of the sale of 20 Stanley Road was questioned. I feel devastated at the loss of a beautiful and established housing co-op. Established in 1970 and becoming a womens co-op in 1980 this is a tragic loss for the co-operative movement especially when people need community and decent living spaces more than ever. A rushed sale and an unwilingness to wait for investigation by the FCA is dissapointing and unsettling to say the least. Lindsays has demonstrated only an interested in profit and no interest in the community.
