Imagine my horror when my daughter tells me she’s spilt dark tan foundation all down her best friends NEW WHITE CANADA GOOSE coat! After trying one other local dry cleaners - who wouldn’t go near it, I went here to Cartier’s. Absolutely thrilled to report the spillage is completely out and the coat is looking super white. Imran is fantastic as the manager of Swans and a totally lovely guy. All our laundry and dry cleaning for over 15 years has gone to Imran. Alterations too. He knows not only every customer's name but the their items too. He gives a personal bespoke service. We can't walk past the shop without popping in to say hello. He is always so friendly and kind to my children.

AVOID! I bought a sample wedding dress that I needed cleaned prior to alterations for my wedding. They lost part of my dress! All my e-mails trying to rectify the situation were ignored. My seamstress had to make the missing parts. Would not recommend.

Avoid at all costs…be aware, they promise you to dry clean in 24 hours. They throw your clothes on the floor before that and can’t find them when you come to pick your clothes up. No clothes were dry cleaned and the jeans were terrible sown together. What a shame and waste of my time. The waiting time to make them search for my clothes was about 45min.

Direct Dry Cleaning
Brilliant! I have an antique coat which I restored recently and they finished it off with a fabulous dry clean and press. The coat looks great and was ready in less than 48 hours. Great service and lovely staff too
