Decided to go private as condition I have is quite debilitating and nhs wait times are long. after my initial consultation and ct scan I was told I would have to wait over a month before my next appointment to go over the results of the scan. That is frankly a pathetically long and embarrassing wait time for a private service and I feel personally mislead to think that I would be seen in a quicker fashion. Poor service.

No one available to ask anything and the helpdesk number rings out when trying to book an appointment . Disappointing Service that doesnt even require a 1 star!

They answered all my questions and provided helpful information about the clinic's services.Once in the examination room, the healthcare professionals were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. They created a safe and non-judgmental environment, which made discussing personal and sensitive matters much easier. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained procedures clearly, and provided me with comprehensive information about my sexual health.I appreciated how the staff at the clinic ensured my privacy and confidentiality throughout the entire process. From appointment booking to the actual consultation, they took steps to protect my personal information, which further enhanced the trust I had in their services.The clinic itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a comforting atmosphere. The waiting area was inviting, and the clinic had private rooms for consultations, allowing me to feel comfortable during my visit.Overall, my experience at Luton Sexual Health Clinic was outstanding. I Couldn't even get my phone call answered after nearly an hour, this is after being advised to call the locala Ashton number by email.This is the place the GP will send you to and it's a dead end.I remember trying to get an appointment last year and kept hitting a brick wall so ended up giving up but this time I need the service!I found an email address to milly but yet when the email was sent I received an automated reply that she's on annual leave.Iv ended up ringing the Stockport clinic. Surely they are not always short staffed at Ashton ? Nothing seems to have changed. It's gone from a booking service that you can't get an appointment on to a phone number you can't get through on!Update: I have received a reply to my email from a colleague of millys to say she will look into the phone line fault and to get someone to call me back.If anyone else struggles to contact orange rooms maybe try to email the clinic or try the Stockport clinic because for some people this will be desperate time and when there is nobody there to help it can be quite distressing.

Seen to as quickly as they could, very thorough check of my background and needs, and staff explained further available tests and vaccinations that I was not even aware of. All free, very polite and caring, made a possibly awkward experience very easy.

Just wanted to buy a simple head lice shampoo as I work for School and someone close to me had head lice.A not nice young lady refused to sell it to me because she just didn’t believe that I could have it. So I told her I wasn’t sure if I had it but my head was itchy and I just wanted to buy a bottle to keep at home.The lady told me to go somewhere as she didn’t want to sell it to me. I don’t know what she was thinking that I wanted to drink it or whatever was in her head. Honestly never seen such a bad behaviour before. So I asked her a few times if I need a prescription to buy it. Her answer: “ no you don’t need a prescription but still I’m not going to sell it to you, just go to Wilko or somewhere else. Do you understand what I’m saying? “ My advice do not even go in there if you see her inside. Horrible horrible and super rude behaviour. Anyone can buy it, I could buy a hundred bottles if I wanted. She was trying to make me look stupid. Never seen anything like that before.
