John is a very polite and courteous and professional engineer who certainly knows his trade. He has now done a couple of jobs for me now and attention to detail is second to none. He is also very competitive on price and I would recommend this company to anyone

Called Heatayr to see if they could send an engineer out to have a look at my boiler as it has stopped working, no heating or hot water. Engineer called back within a half-hour to say he could come out late afternoon. Got a call at about 4:15 to say that the engineer was on his way. Aaron appeared at about 4:30 and got to work. He diagnosed the problem, stripped down some parts and proceeded to show me the faulty part, a ruptured diaphragm. he told me he would have to wait till morning to get a replacement part. Aaron appeared at about 9:30 the next morning with the part and fitted it, tested that everything was operating as should be and then took the time to clean up the area. The service provided by Aaron was expert, efficient, friendly and very reasonablly priced, I'm delighted with Heatayr and would definitely use them again.

Ive been using Geoff Binnions Gas services for quite a few years now. They are always very professional and go out of their way to help. They had previously installed a condensing boiler which i had for about ten years total and i was so impressed with the service i received over the years, that when it started failing i had them back to install a new Combi boiler a couple of years ago and they now service it for me annually. I wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend them.

Looks the same as everyone else. Nice Staff apart from one on night shift. He has attitude of someone who was picked on all the way through child hood. . The company need rid of him..

A visit to our home by the sales person following a phone call was very informative and and a trip to their very well stocked showroom followed and a wood burner purchased.The two guys who fitted it were polite and hard working and very clean and then gave a demo once completed.We love the fire and it works great having used it a number of times since we have now moved towards winter.

Alex carries out all of my plumbing and heating work throughout my house, no job is to small and he always finds time to fit me in. His team are punctual and most importantly are very clean, always leaving your house as it was before they started. Would highly recommend using this team

Had to get a quote to get a gas line connection to the house. Lewis was the point of contact and we could not get anyone more professional, kind and swift. He immediately had the answers to all our queries and broke everything down for us which made it very to understand and reassuring. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Jay came to look at a boiler that a tenant was having trouble with for me. He managed to get to the property at short notice and at a time that would suit the tenant. I had a follow up call after his visit, and a full written diagnosis and repair estimate the very next morning. Jay took the time to explain the faults, the work that was required and also explain the most cost effective solutions.The call out charge was refreshingly reasonable and I will most certainly be using him to do any future work.
