We asked K2 Surveyors to carry out a detailed roof inspection of a property we were buying after concerns raised from a home-buyers survey. The report provided incredible detail with photos and notes that allowed us to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the property at the agreed price. I went to Area 52 to have a look at a potential engine knocking noise and they couldn't have been more helpful - especially Cheryl! They had a good look at the car and were able to give a full explanation as to the noise - turned out to be piston slap. It was nice that they were honest rather than just trying to get some extra work from me. Ed had brilliant knowledge and definitely knew his Impreza engines. I couldn't recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Initially started off great, seemed very helpful and understanding, then was unable to complete the job. Knew they would charge and I was happy to pay for incomplete job ( for the labour), but when I moved my car to another garage, gave an unreasonable price. shouldn't lead or just let a customer continue a job with false promise and if unable to complete should be honest and not be unreasonable with price of an incomplete job.
