Freestyle Martial Arts Havant
My 2 children were interested in trying freestyle martial arts, I emailed and asked about it, and I was emailed back by Ben.I took my children to a taster session, and we met Ben, he was very friendly and welcoming, the kids instantly took a liking to him. They joined in and were hooked straight away. They left the taster class asking to sign up.From this moment on, they have been looking forward to attending every week. They are learning martial arts, keeping fit and having lots of fun!!Ben was also very accommodating with my sons asthma one week when he was struggling.I would recommend freestyle martial arts to anyone that wants to learn and have fun!!

Westminster Taekwondo Academy
Coach Faryad is amazing. He understand children and the pace each one develops at. I chose Taekwondo for my kids because of its spiritual, moral and ethical principles. The art trains not just the body but the mind as well. Coach Faryad is able to Imbibe this into the children. Both my boys started with Coach Faryad when they were 5 years old. My oldest is 8 years and is sparring against black belts and developing his confidence along the way.

Roar Taekwondo GB
Master Sammy, a great instructor who has trained and cared for my children since they started! Unlike the other mixed Martial Arts club he believes in the children not about how much money he can make out of us.Roar is a club that has taken my children to competitions where they have gained Gold, Silver and at National competition level a Bronze Medal and an invitation to join the Junior British Taekwondo Team but we feel Master Sammy can still teach them so much more!He is a dedicated, hardworking individual and anyone would be lucky to be part of his team.

Endangered MMA
Great gym with skilled and friendly instructors and students. The classes teach you everything from the basics to more advanced techniques. No matter when I go, I feel I'm always learning something new and improving my training.I would highly recommend Endangered MMA to anyone looking to get into MMA, Muay Thai/Kickboxing, BJJ, or all of the above. Whether you are a beginner or have been doing it for years, the classes are fun and accommodate everyone.

Wild Training Martial Arts
In 20 years of training martial arts this is the best combination of top notch facility and excellent coaching that I've come across. The level of expertise and enthusiasm of the coaches is really something special. From absolute beginners to pro fighters they are equipped to deliver top quality training. It's a really positive atmosphere, welcoming to newcomers whatever their experience level, with an emphasis on working together to better each other. Highly recommend checking it out for yourself.

Impact MMA
Impact MMA is a brilliant gym, my son goes to the junior classes and loves them. They offer a huge variety from MMA, boxing, muay Thai, submission grappling and strength and conditioning, as well as lots of open mats and gym sessions and even sports massage and 1-2-1 coaching. The coaches are all brilliant with the kids and everyone is super welcoming. It's a brilliant atmosphere very fun and vibrant, my son loves it so much he trains seven days a week now. The different memberships available means there is something for every budget and it's definitely well worth the money. There's also comfy seating for parents to sit and watch. Highly recommend impact MMA.

Bristol Shorinji Kempo Dojo
For all our martial arts training, we use Bristol Shorinji Kempo. It’s not Gymkata (“The thrill of gymnastics, the kill of karate!”), but it’s a great way to stay fit, meet new people and throw a punch.
