They hire it out to Phoenix Fitness so that they can do a variety of fitness classes which is good

Beeches Martial arts is a really good jujitsu dojo (place of training). There classes/defences are realistic. They also have really great sensei's (instructors). The jujitsuka's (students) are also really nice and helpful.

I can’t rate NETSDA highly enough, it’s an absolutely fantastic academy for children and adults. It is a professional academy ran to the highest of standards. Everyone works hard, respects one another, helps one another and also has a lot of fun training together in a safe environment. Members quickly gain confidence due to the support provided by Master Featherstone and his team. When you join the academy you join the NETSDA family. My two daughters are members and they both love their lessons. They are both determined to gain their black belts one day and with the help of NETSDA I’m sure they will.

I have been training here for over a year now, mainly focusing on boxing. Boxing sessions are now highlights of my week and I look forward to every session where we focus on technique, foot movement, angles, pad-work and fitness.Ebe is a very knowledgeable and experienced coach who constantly pushes us to achieve more. I would highly recommend this club to anybody who's interested in boxing, BJJ or just improving their fitness and losing some extra weight.Everybody in the club is very friendly and you can always try out other disciplines such as cross-fit, power lifting, etc.

Trained at Gracie Barra Milton Keynes many years ago. I have had experience in many different clubs and styles and I can say hand on heart, you won't find a better instructor than Ebe. Supportive, friendly and dedicated to bring out the best in his students. Training with Ebe will make you a better Martial artist but also give you the building blocks to take on life's challenges.

Excellent martial arts school with a great family friendly environment where people from all age groups thrive. Jon and Jeanette, and the rest of team, are fantastic!

I’ve visited this Tetsushinkan Aikido class to observe twice in June.Paul is a wonderful teacher I’ve ever seen .
My image of Aikido has been completely changed by his class.His teaching is therapeutic and he always adjusts the balance of the environment which made members calm and focus on themselves. He also treats practitioners' personality carefully. His lesson provides us with the opportunities facing our true life and who we are. All of the members are very friendly and polite. If I start doing Aikido, I would really like to have his lesson.
 I am so glad to meet Paul and members for this precious experiences from the bottom of my heart.

Now open and back to normal with grappling and gradings, full belt programe for all ages.Come and have a go.. one day you might be glad you did!!!
