Staff was very attention and helpful. The store is small, but cozy. It wasn't busy, so no queue. In that time, all deals were available. I still need to check, if EE 4G/5G is realiable in my area or not.

I didn't go in here. Not sure why it's showing up on my Google review. I went to Argos and TK Maxx. Great service there. Polite staff.

My advice for everyone do not go with three network because you don't get signal anywhere in Canterbury and they have told me me truly it won't be fixed,I have been with three for so many years, as the moment three network is one of the worst network in Canterbury you don't get a signal anywhere, they are absolutely terrible and all they do give you 7 days to solve the problem out and they never will,The customer service inside the store in Canterbury are nice but over the phone absolutely terrible one of the worst customer service you could come across they will never solve any of your problem out. They will never listen to you you and the are are very very rude basically they just tell you we don't care whatever you think about us we don't care what you are

Recently had a gel screen protector fitted to my android phone and a glass screen protector fitted to my daughters ipad.the young lady who fitted both was so professional and so pleasant.prices were so reasonable. Would highly recommend this shop indeed

Do not make a purchase from CeX and in particular this store. Look at the other reviews and a pattern is reveled of very dubious working practices. Highly likely to be taken advantage of and the 24 month warranty is not worth anything it is written on. I would say it is a ploy to sell you poor quality goods along with other tricks that i sadly fell foul of and lost out. There are forums online discussing the poor working practices and the empty promises of the 24 month warranty. Customer complaints will not accept a position that implies there is wrong doing by their stores / franchises. Look at the reviews, the Eltham store in particular is singled out as passing on poor quality goods that do not meet their own warranty requirements and then blaming the consumer. I really hope this store closes down and the management get found out for what they are up to. Absolutely awful. Soon to be 1 star and hopefully a better quality offering can take up a position in the market
