The team at Alex Taylor were very helpful in getting the funeral arrangements just right for the funeral of our relative. At all stages they were very professional. From the first meeting discussing our requirements they guided us along the way, regularly making worthwhile suggestions. They listened to what we wanted and made further options or changes to give our relative a funeral the family and friends thought very fitting.They recommended the use the Reverend Robert Parry to conduct the service. Robert speaks Welsh and has a great singing voice which is something our dearly departed would have appreciated. Alex Taylor assisted with the Order of Service and a number of late changes we asked to be made were no problem to them.The funeral ran very smoothly, with Alex Taylor paying attention to the little details that showed they have the highest professional standards in their staff and in conducting such a difficult occasion for the family.

I found it useful to go to their showroom, and be able to ask questions, and the memorial looks great, professionally installed, and a good value. I would just warn that they did take more than 6 months to install it - wet conditions accounted for some of the delay, but I had to chase progress several times.

I have to thank Moira for her care and understanding when dealing my mums headstone. We were all going through a very upsetting time and my father wasn’t dealing well with her lose. Moira put his mind at ease and went through the process carefully and with sensitivity.I would recommend her and Moira Morriss Memorials to anyone.The only down side is that it took too long but that was totally out of her control.Thanks Moira. The compassion and understanding were exemplary, and their experience, knowledge and guidance was exactly what we needed.Through their thoughtfulness, care and diligence; they worked with us to create a very special day for an incredibly special little girl. Making an impossible day that little bit less difficult.They went above and beyond, and for that I am forever grateful. Two of the nicest people I wish we never had to meet in such a way.I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Hickton's gave us a wonderful experience at a sad time. From the care, compassion and kindness of Laura throughout to the smooth running and efficiency of the whole process. The whole Hickton's team behaved with professionalism and kindness. Calum and his team treated us with respect and dignity on the day of the funeral and Phil led a memorable service for our Dad. This is a friendly family firm that we would highly recommend at a sad time for families and friends. Thank you to all involved.

All the staff at grimmet and timms have all been incredible.The kindness, compassion and care they show goes above and beyond.I went to grimmett and timms with no idea on how to plan a funeral or what to expect, Stacey delt with us mainly, made the hardest time of my life that bit easier, she guided and supported me through everything, absolutely nothing was too big and she was there to help and support me from the day go even untill now after the funeral.The funeral went as smoothly and lovely for my uncle and us as it could.Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, would 100% reccommend.

I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Matthew and everyone at Albany for making such a difficult time so beautiful. From our first meeting with Matthew to the day of my beloved wife's funeral the care, support and respect I received was incredible. Everything went so smoothly the celebrant, Kathryn , was amazing, she spoke with such feeling it was as if she had known Jane and myself personally. I would absolutely recommend Albany to anyone having to arrange a funeral. This is an amazing company who really care.
