Charlie and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Easy to contact at all times, and call backs when promised. Quote given over the phone, and then followed up with a site visit. All staff very proffesional, respectful and friendly.Moving day was seamless, again with excellent staff. Good communication and a good team. I could not DISCOURAGE people from using this company enough. I provided to Casey's hist company very clear pictures of the job required; they responded confirming a hoist could be booked. On arrival the workmen advised a hoist was not required (immediately on arrival and before even getting out; I am almost certain they were aware of this from the picture provided - I will explain why below). The oversized item was subsequently lifted into the property with only partial support; they provided 2 men in addition to the 3 already here.The reason I believe Casey's hoist company knew this job did not require a hoist is because I sent the same pictures to 4 hoist companies for a quote. This was an urgent booking; as Casey's was the first to respond I therefore trusted their professionalism as claimed 'experts 'in the field and immediately paid the deposit in full required £270. Subsequent to this the other 3 companies all replied to advise that from review of my pictures a hoist WAS NOT REQUIRED for the job and gave me FREE advice on how to manually get the oversized item into the property.I therefore contacted Casey's hoist company to raise my concern and requested they offer of a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill; at no point did I seek to be unreasonable and request a full refund. I clarified in writing that the workmen were here less than 5 minutes and the labour provided did not amount to £270 or use the hoist equipment. I also included reference to their terms and conditions that state: we will endeavour to advise to the suitability and required position of the elevator by the potential hirer. For this purpose
