Albane is one of the best personal trainers I’ve ever had. She will make you feel comfortable from the very beginning and will listen to your wants and will adapt the workouts to you individually. She has the perfect balance of pushing and motivating you to understanding your limits and capabilities. Each session can be different which keeps it fun and challenging. She is also a lovely, funny and kindhearted trainer so it feels like you’re working out with a friend. Could not recommend more. X

Craig was an amazing PT throughout my sessions! Every week we would set new goals that I thought I’d never reach but he kept me going with his positive attitude and outlook. Fitness at The Farm
This place is amazing! I am not a gym person but really needed to be doing some sort of exercise, a friend recommended Leah at Farm Fitness and I have to say it has really exceeded my expectations.Leah herself is a brilliant coach. Always positive, supportive and kind. The exercises can be adapted to any level and are enjoyable and dynamic.The farm itself has lovely surroundings and classes run rain or shine. Geoff the resident dog is also an added bonus! As well as the option to bring your own dog along.Highly recommend.

I started training with Karen nearly two years ago, at a time when I had lots motivation for exercise and was struggling with self confidence. Fast forward to now, and things are so different!Karen took the time to understand where I was at and what my goals were. Her focus was on creating a lifelong change that I could sustain and enjoy, which we have absolutely achieved. We train together once a week (a regular slot with flexibility when I need it) and the sessions are always challenging and enjoyable.I now walk 10,000+ steps every day and complete at least 60 minutes of exercise. As well as training with Karen in person I do home workouts that she designs to suit my needs. The results have shown - I’m much healthier and my mental health has really improved. I’ve lost fat, toned muscle, and I’m proud of the way I look.If you’re looking for a personal trainer or just some motivation in life and fitness - I would highly recommend Karen!

Pilates for Runners
Great website and app. Easy to navigate. The on demand classes are well structured and range in duration so if you just want a quick 10 minute session you can easily find one. You can do as you please selecting from the many sessions available or follow a structured grouping of sessions such as the autumn challenge which is running currently. You can also do live sessions if you prefer. There is something for everyone and Liz explains and demonstrates the why's and wherefores really well. She is also very responsive to any questions you might ask. Highly recommended.
