Piano moving service

A company with heart, great customer service and a can do and accommodating attitude. I had an unusual request for a friend so was unable to give the usual level of detail, and called Saturday for a job that coming Monday. The number got me straight to a very friendly gentleman that was willing to go out of his way to do what was needed. It was refreshing to call and speak directly to someone knowledgeable, friendly and flexible, without waiting on hold for a call centre rep that would have struggled with my out of the box request and timescales. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

Great service, fast, reliable, nice guys to talk to and made everything STRESS FREE I can’t recommend them enough and we are so happy we chose them to do our home move, first class!

Booked weeks in advance for 9.30am. Was told at 9.15am that no chance of arrival before 12pm. Not helpful at such short notice, had to hire a van to move my things.Had used Carlos about three years ago, i recall he was 2 hours late then, but I naively gave him another chance. Never again!

Would highly recommend this company. All of the staff from Scott who attended our home address and gave us the initial quote to the office staff and Jason and Jordan who moved us over two days were very professional and had a ‘can do approach’. I had badly injured my back the week before the move and Jason and Jordan went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place before they finished on both days. Peter the owner visited our address during the move to make sure we were happy with everything which was a nice touch. We are due to move again during the next 12 months and will not hesitate in using Bishops Waltham Removals again.

My father's grand piano moved to its new home today. In exchange, we now have an upright. I have seen this piano do many moves, but I think this company provided the most professional service. No hassle or fuss. No wonder they are Steinway agents.Highly recommended.

John and his helper moved a beautiful, old German concert piano down some pretty tricky stairs into my flat. The service couldn't have been better, the craic was second to none and the whole thing was done quickly and efficiently - guaranteed me a customer for life!

Can’t recommend enough! Tony helped us through a last minute move in Earlsfield and managed to pull team together in time.Throughout the whole process the service and communication was great. The team that did the move worked extremely hard and were super efficient. We also had help next day with unpacking which was definitely worth it. Thank you very much Tony and team!
