PORCELANOSA in general is a good company/brand to buy bathroom or just tiles from. We have visited the showroom a few times and Justyna helped us to find the right products for Bathroom and the ground floor tiles. Justyna is a very polite and welcoming person who is very patient and answers all of our queries well. Justyna had good knowledge of the products we asked about and never hesitates. Not to mention, Justyna is very prompt, whether it is replying to our emails or asking her in person. This has led to us buying the best quality possible without any second thoughts. We will be getting our bathroom tiles, vanity units and the mirror delivered on the first week of Jan 2024 and we are eagerly waiting for it.

Purchased a mug for my stepdads birthday. It arrived just in time and is amazing!! Such good quality and he is so happy with it! Tempted to know order a cat bowl! Tom was lovely and because I ordered it before Christmas he emailed to make sure I new it would be here for Christmas. He was friendly every step of the way! Highly recommend!!

This is a fantastic pottery and a wonderful discovery. Ralph is clearly a very talented potter with a wide range of inspiring designs. We bought one beautiful item and we are certain to visit again.

I cannot praise the service I have received highly enough . The bathroom items were of an exceptionally high standard and the process of coordinating and ordering / despatching of the items couldn’t have been smoother . Much credit for this seemless experience must go to the Manager of the Edinburgh showroom , Kelly McKinlay . Nothing was too much trouble for her , always their to deal with minor queries and troubles created by events well out with her control , given the Pandemic .The finished bathroom and en-suite are testimony to the quality of Porcelanosa.
