I'm not sure whether HMRC want to help or not. Just waited over an hour to speak to some African woman called Victoria who was rude, shouting and very unhelpful and then put the phone down. What a disgrace!

Call still not answered after ringing out for over an hour and 14 mins. If they're under that much pressure...employ more people!

This must be their daily plan: “4:00, wallow in self-pity. 4:30, stare into the abyss. 5:00, solve world hunger, tell no one. 5:30, jazzercize; 6:30, dinner with me. I can't cancel that again. 7:00, wrestle with my self-loathing. I'm booked. Of course, if I bump the loathing to 9, I could still be done in time to lay in bed, stare at the ceiling and slip slowly into madness."

Kept me on hold for an 50 mins each, 3 times. Nice use of a day off. Twice they asked me to hold and then disconnected. Third time at least the lady was nice, efficient & helpful.Overall - 0.0005 stars.

Well I’ve shown up to the office after having constant issues over phone and online regarding a UTR number bot working… guess what, they wouldn’t even allow me access to the building. I nice guy called ATTA met me and the door( by the way I’m totally aware it’s not his fault) and refused me in. So if I can’t do it online, I can’t do it over the phone and I can’t do it in person…. How should I fix this? When is someone who works for HMRC going to use some initiative and solve my problem instead of telling me which. Number to call or who to speak to or what form to get. DO YOUR JOB and serve the people
