Tried to move to digital with this company, a complete disaster as our analogue lines have been switched off before our digital lines are installed, currently have no phone lines and can't get them to organise any help, we keep getting put on hold and transfered to people at BT who can't help. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

2nd Dec.I have left my original review, but wanted to update. Once I managed to speak to the Company Director, he was more accommodating and managed to put things right and insisted he was going to investigate what went wrong. As I said in my last sentence, you judge how good a company is when things go wrong and how they try to put things right. So I will increase my rating from 1 star to 2, and will come back later and give another review.1st DecAt first they were quite helpful, it was easy to move from Plusnet to them, and as my internet was important I set up a Business account. they forgot to tell me that VAT was no included and even though they had my Direct Debit details, charged me for non direct debit payment. So I wrote to them again, with my bank details. I heard nothing so assumed all was ok, until the 1st December, our internet went. I tried to call them, but they were too busy and just cut the call. Eventually I managed to make contact, I was told that they had trouble setting up the direct debit, so cut the service. No reason for not calling just cut the service. I explained that my business used VoIP phones and we needed it back on. But their finance department were too busy to handle this. Their attitude to my business needs shows that they could not care less, unable to get them to restore my internet (not even a request for me to use my debit card!) I asked for my MAC code back. This they refused unless I paid for early closure of the contract. I asked to talk to their MD James (refuse to give me his last name) but he was not in. So now I am left with a business with no phones and no way to get a new IP providerI always say, you judge a company when things go wrong, how good they are at putting it right. Carefree, have to be the worst at when it goes wrong.
