A great discount store with ample parking and a huge choice of stuff to buy.We visited the bathroom and kitchen section. There were scores of items on display including baths, showers, cabinets, toilets and kitchen stuff and fittings. The section seemed a bit cluttered.The store was almost empty at about 4:30 pm on Saturday but we couldn’t find anyone to ask a question to choose the right type of complete toilet to buy. The toilets fitted in the showroom were badly looked after. The seats were loose and did not give the impression of good quality fitting. The female staff was helpful at the till to answer some of our query.We waited aimlessly for someone to arrive but no luck. Eventually we left and headed to another store!! Pity!!m

Sent me a broken Hearth and refused to exchange. Avoid this company. I sent pictures of it still in the original packaging but still they refuse to exchange.

We are delighted with our bathroom, cloakroom and en-suite, they look lovely. The service from Ceramic Tiles and Bathrooms has been great, it was easy to choose what we wanted and the design, pricing and delivery were spot on.We are also really pleased with Rob and Chris the fitters, and the electrician. They went out of their way to minimise disturbance and did a great quality job. They were very neat and tidy while working and were friendly and helpful.
