Such a lovely wee bright and beautiful shop! So much see, filled with lil knick knacks and CBD help :) Shop assistants always really welcoming and lovely! Some really nice folk, I recommend 12/10

Ordered over 3 weeks ago, paid in full. Order confirmed by email but since then nothing, no progress report, no advice on dispatch, no update on SHOP, no response to my emails. Pretty p***ed off as only ordered for an upcoming cycle tour and it looks like I won't have them! Will look to cancel.

Incredible wee shop, stayed down near where the shop was during the fringe festival and I could’ve bought so many more things than I had, the staff were very friendly and helpful . Moving down to Edinburgh soon so I will definitely be in and out a lot! :)

One of their clubs lost my coat and then refused to give me my full refund for my coat! Furthermore they have the worst customer service ever! I almost felt threatened just speaking to them. After that they sent me a cheque for half the cost of my coat, to the wrong address then said they had confirmed it with me which they hadn’t. Idiots!

Ordered a poncho from them on Nov. 7th. Was contacted on Nov 17th to be told that DHL courier service has been facing a few internal issues lately, and to rest assured that the issue will be resolved soon.I cancelled my order on Dec. 10th since they were still unable to ship. They responded a few days later still apologizing about shipping delays. I told them that I actually wanted to cancel by that point. On Dec. 20th they responded that they would have to check with the accounting department in regard to my refund". We're Jan 3rd and I have still not heard back from them.I should have checked online first for some customer reviews. Not just blog posts of people reviewing their product.Edit: I eventually got refunded."
