Uniform Shop

At a very important time in a parents life, not answering calls, has to be the most unprofessional thing you can do as a company. If you are stating that you can only purchase certain items from you, then you need to offer them instead of ignoring calls and put an option on your website to purchase these. I have been calling for the best part 2 weeks, then to drive down to be told I need call to make an appointment. Don't contradict. Sending my child to school with still COMPULSORY items outstanding is not only embarrassing for the child, but looks like as parents, we are incompetent. Please sort your customer services out. You are not servicing any customers, you are creating more unnecessary stress. I understand its a very busy time, so surly, maximise your revenue, by hiring a receptionist.

Popped in to pick up a new blazer for my daughter. Quick and easy process, lots of stock available for her school. Nice to have another shop to purchase from…….they seem to stock a lot of the local schools. Staff were all lovely, know where to go when more needs replacing. Would recommend

Bought the cream Portsmouth jumper from the Niffi range. Website was easy to use, payment simple, item well packaged and postage was fast. The jumper itself is so warm and comfortable, sized just right to be roomy, and the design and construction feel quality.

So last year got sold old uniform that wasn’t meant to be on the shelf and lost out on £25!!Then travelled and hour on the bus with 3 kids to do the uniform shop early before it all went to be told THe lift was broken and I couldn’t go upstairs because I had a pushchair my sons 1 so couldn’t carry him round as he’s too heavy and didn’t want to leave my pushchair will stuff I’d just bought at the entrance to the shop unattended!! Absolute joke

Made an order which they couldn't fulfill.....it's been 3 months and I'm still awaiting my refund! Tread carefullyDespite numerous emails and calls to a number that never answers, they still refuse to process my refund or even enter into correspondence.

Very helpful staff. The lady helped kit out my daughter for year 7. And was very good price.i was expecting to pay alot more.would recommend them. Brilliant ❤
