Fast, friendly and good value

Shocking! Took a pair of well looked after Loakes for a temporary sole repair which needed to last a day at the most. Jobsworth cobbler said he wouldn’t provide rubber patches because they wouldn’t last. Explained they didn’t need to last as it was a temporary repair until they could be re-soled properly. Refused to help even in this emergency situation, probably due to his ‘reputation’ but then sent me to another branch of Timpson. Get over yourself - it’s a pair of shoes that needed a quick fix before a proper repair. Suspect he was just being idle.Took to the other Timpson store (which will receive five stars) who said absolutely no problem, I collect them in an hour.

So impressed. I've had my orthotics for years and whilst the hard moulded parts were OK, the uppers and bespoke padding had deteriorated. Heel Your Shoes replaced the worn out uppers, repaired the padding and added a lovely hand-cut leather insole on each orthotic. Better than new! Thank you.
