I pay for 2 iPhone 13 and the Apple Watch from home in my Argos card to collect in store.The person on the collection point name given Vass , mentioned that I have to show the card payment.I have mentioned that I didn’t have that card but I could show another document just to proof that was me but she didn’t care.I had the proof of the purchase come through my email with all the codes she needed, but she just didn’t care.Not even try to help.Not helpful at all.Even explained that I travel 20 minutes to get the order , I asked to cancel the order and she didn’t ask any documents just cancelled.Much easier to cancel order than cash around £2000.Definitely don’t come back , buy the some phones with curry’s pc world.If this person would work for me I would sack her immediately.

Worst Argos collection experience ever! You shouldn't have really given your customer such an impatient and straight face in the new year!

Great option of click and collect to avoid queues. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking outside store.

Brought 2 items from here after paying online and had to go and collect from store! Plenty of car park space to get to! Easy experience to pick up parcel… straight to the click and collect service desk and helpful staff who quickly gave me my package! Would use again

Place had a great selection of new and used desks. I bought a adjustable height desk and had a different top placed on it. The customer service was awesome as I had a 19 month old running wild. I will be using them for all my desk needs.

Always fantastically helpful. I bought a rather bulky item. I have a disability, though not obvious. The staff were very helpful as usual. A young lady asked if I could manage and even offered to help me to load it in my carI am sorry for the delivery problem with the last review, I have to say if I order on line I always check delivery to the store as it is. 10 miles to my nearest store.
