Video duplication service

I was very afraid at first to send my treasured tapes via post, but had the best service, with constant updates on the progress, and I couldn't be happier with the videos. I am definitely getting the rest of them digitalised too.

By far the best CD Duplication and Printing company I have used. The process is made easy by the very helpful staff who are always quick to reply to emails and get the order sorted (they even will go out of their way to make sure an order is delivered in time for a launch event!)The quality of the product is extremely high, I have had orders of 4 and 6 page CD digipacks done as well as simpler card wallets. The printing and materials used are great and lyric booklets come out very well too! Everything looks, feels and sounds perfectly professional! Would highly recommend :)

The quality of my CDs are absolutely brilliant and I cannot fault them at all the colours look amazing! However, the service I had upon ordering was a little frustrating.I ordered my CDs with a 3-4 week turnaround. But 7 weeks later, I still hadn't received my order nor had I received any communication from them about where my order was. I emailed them twice and got no response. So I phoned up and they informed me that the casing for my CDs had been stuck in customs for 2 weeks but they were hoping it would be delivered soon. Even if the item had been stuck in customs for 2 weeks, that 2 week delay was still several weeks after my order should've been completed and delivered by. I would've appreciated at least an email update as to the status of my order so I could at least get a refund and go elsewhere as I ended up missing my album release date and couldn't send out my pre-orders to several hundred customers. I ended up receiving my order 8.5 weeks after ordering.

Thinking of getting a videographer, don't think do it and look no further. I cannot praise Laura enough for her exceptional work. The combination of amazing aerial shots, brilliant sound quality, and professional approach resulted in a wedding video that exceeded our wildest dreams. I wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone seeking to preserve their special day in the most breathtaking and memorable way possible. Huge shout out to Nick! I popped into D. H James today to find a camera for work. I advised my budget and requirements and Nick went above and beyond to help and even took example shots to show me the quality of the camera before purchasing it. I was very happy with this service. It was actually done from a house which was confusing when locating it but it was really affordable and so quick and now I have my treasured VHS content on usb forever!! I live overseas but when visiting family and coming across any other videos I’d like to have on usb I will 100% use APG! Thanks again Andy for my videos on usb :) I’m so pleased!!

absolutely chuffed with what this company has done for me. I am able to watch old vhs tapes mini dvd tapes and broken tapes, which I thought I’d lost forever. Exceptional quality, all done in good time, in a lovely presentation case. Will definitely be using again!
