Very good branch of Costco, its standard size, decent sized car park but avoid busy periods especially weekends, and when Reading are playing. They now have a petrol station which has plenty of pumps so though it's popular, you shouldn't need to wait too long to fill up. I advise you fill up before you do your shopping, to avoid the stress of queuing when you're leaving. The restaurant inside is very cheap, it's variable the quality of the food. The hot dogs are cheap 1.50 for a hot dog and large soda with refills. The chicken sandwich is nice but the buns were really dry so crumbled when I took a bite so it all disintegrated like a fairground burger bun. They do cheap tyres, have an opticians, the till staff are fast. You really need to pay attention to the prices, some stuff is genuinely cheaper but some stuff is still cheaper in the supermarket.

Whenever I walk through the entrance I feel like I'm crossing the pearly gates of heaven I tell you what. Bought a 58 pack of Stella, didn't even know they made them this big wahay, plus is I can get lost and me Mrs. can't find me gives me a bit of peace you k ow what i mean? Top notch place.

Great selection, nice staff and good fuel. Doesn’t quite have as much stuff as Manchester store but well worth a visit

Weak service & expensive price's

Ignored for 17mins at the booking in desk. Not even an acknowledgement I was there. Guy behind the glass was more concerned about passing a test on his terminal and then, dealt with the other waiting drivers that had already been tipped then, too my utter dismay started another test!!! 'Arrogance' doesn't come close.Luckily for my sanity somebody else stepped in to deal with your goods" I am bringing to you. Maybe ask him next time to do a test on 'customer service' clearly an area that needs developing!! Although could I suggest away from waiting drivers

Great trade place for everything you need, reasonable prices and they do fuel. Ample parking with loads of disabled spots, and a food hall which is reasonably priced and good food

We placed an order to cover our Christmas event, catering for 2000+ people. Order didn't come. Chased them up by phone, e-mail, rep. Not a hint of a response and today I find they've still taken the direct debit payment for the order. I would think very carefully before using this company.

Great for parking, quick at checkouts even when busy. Some fab offers but you should compare before buying
